did he say balls?
I have a naturally arched back and makes doing some of these incredibly hard due to my back hurting before my abs, is there any way I can reduce if not stop this happening even with an arched back? Thanks. (:
i wish there were power exercises that could get you stronger fitter abs like other muscles (biceps, triceps, thighs…) I hate having to spend so much time working out my abs. If someone could find a work out that was easier they would make bank
for best results do two to different ab workouts in a set of 10 continuous without a break, after say 10 leg lifst followed by 10 crunches without a break take 15-30 second break, then start with a different set of ab workouts do 10 of each set again , break repeat, if you only do like 10 crunches then break for a minute aint gonna do shit.
