Good Points:
1)Material:-The main thing I like about the Louisville Slugger MLB180 Natural Wood Baseball Bat is the material. I’ve always preferred wooden bats over aluminumbats and play in a wooden bat league every weekend. Although this material is less forgiving I enjoy the challenge of hitting the sweet spot.
2)Light:-Another great thing with the Louisville Slugger MLB180 Natural Wood Baseball Bat is that it’s pretty light for a wooden bat. Whilst I accept that wooden bats are always going to be heavier than aluminum bats, some wooden bats are so heavy and cumbersome that they have a really negative effect on your swing. As far as wooden bats go, this is one of the lightest I’ve tried and I can get a really good swing on it.
3)Low Price:-It’s a fact that wooden bats all eventually break and need to be replaced so price is very important to me when selecting a bat. I can’t afford to be shelling out $50 or more every time my bat breaks so I was really happy when I found this Louisville Slugger MLB180 Natural Wood Baseball Bat for less than $30.
Bad Points:
1) Breaks &Needs To Be Replaced:-As I said earlier in this review, I’m a huge fan of wooden bats and prefer them massively over aluminum bats so I accept the fact that wooden bats break. I personally don’t have a problem with this but if I was forced to say a negative thing about Louisville Slugger MLB180 Natural Wood Baseball Bat then it would be that wooden bats break and need to be replaced. In terms of strength and durability aluminum bats definitely have the edge.

The Louisville Slugger MLB180 Natural Wood Baseball Bat is a fantastic, lightweight, low priced wooden baseball bat. If you are a fan of aluminum bats then you are probably not going to like this bat but if you use wooden bats regularly you will love it. It’s definitely one of the best wooden bats I have played with and also one of the cheapest.
