Some of the most basic machines are low cost and also great quality so you can find one that fits any budget. There are some guidelines you should follow to find a quality elliptical machine.
To get the most from your investment you want to make sure that you are going to use the elliptical machine at least three times a week. You should buy a machine in which your body weigth does not exceed the maximum recommended weight. By not getting the extras on your machine such as a heart rate monitor or a special programmer then you can save on price. It is also best that you do not let a lot of people use your machine. If you have very strict fitness goals or are an athlete then it may be worth it to invest in a more expensive model.
